Every house has a history … and so too your office or commercial building, hotel, or warehouse. Perhaps you would like an illustrated history of your treasured home as a fitting finale to your restoration work, or to help market your property. My reports are used by architects and councils for determining building age and alterations. I also provide independent (expert witness) history reports for the Queensland Planning and Environment Court.
